We are dedicated to customer satisfaction and any feedback on any aspect of our product or service would be very much appreciated. However, we are confident that you will absolutely adore anything you order with us.
Special Offers - Regularly Little Miss Sparkle will have items on sale and special offers will be a regular feature too. All the regular terms and conditions apply to sale items and special offer items.
Quality - Whilst we take great care to accurately describe the jewellery shown on our website, colour may vary slightly from that shown and are usually in some way unique. We strive to describe items as accurately as possible. If a product arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us immediately. *However, contact must be made within 7 days of original order being despatched from Little Miss Sparkle, and any item said to be faulty after this period will only be eligible for a credit note at the discretion of the Little Miss Sparkle. We will do everything possible to ensure that you can be confident of making a secure, risk-free purchase from us but in the unlikely event that you are unhappy in any way with our service or products, please contact us immediately and we will attempt to put things right or arrange for a return. (please see returns below).
Making A Purchase - When you make a purchase from Little Miss Sparkle you will receive a confirmation e-mail from a Little Miss Sparkle team member and you will receive notification of despatch usually within 7 working days of your order being processed. It should not be possible to order any item that is not in stock and you can shop with confidence that the items that you have chosen are available. Occasionally items may show in stock online that are not actually available. The company reserves the right not to offer this product and to offer an exchange or refund. Finally, any items misrepresented in price on the website are subject to change at the owner’s discretion, as well as cancelling orders for any reason at the owner’s discretion. Little Miss Sparkle will not despatch orders to PO Boxes under any circumstances. (Items can be picked up or if required special arrangements can be made for hand-delivery. These items will not incur any postal charges.) Items that are paid for by post will be despatched as soon as payment has cleared.
Pricing Promise - Little Miss Sparkle wants you to shop in the knowledge that you are getting the best products at the very best price. Our pricing will always represent the very best value available. If you are using your credit card to purchase items, your credit card company will charge you in your country’s currency at that day’s exchange rate. Local charges are not the responsibility of Little Miss Sparkle. We have a secure online payment system via PayPal. Free items are selected (where choice not stated) at the discretion of Little Miss Sparkle.
Returns – Returns need to be with us within 7 days of first making contact with Little Miss Sparkle in relation to any problem with your item (*Please see Quality paragraph above). This 7 day window for returns applies to non-faulty items and items that get damaged in transit. Any items deemed to be damaged in your care are non-refundable. Pierced earrings are non-refundable.
Privacy Policy - Little Miss Sparkle will not disclose details of our customers to any third party.
Disclaimer - Should there be an error in the description or price of goods on the website, Little Miss Sparkle reserves the right to supply goods at the correct price or correct description. Customers will be notified by e-mail before any order is processed. Due to the proliferation of internet credit card fraud, Little Miss Sparkle also reserves the right to decline any order where there is a discrepancy in card details.

To U.K. addresses - £1.30 per item (maximum size package A4 padded envelope - for larger package requirements Little Miss Sparkle will contact customer before despatch). Items will be sent by the Royal Mail First Class service. Please note, on all U.K. orders over £50.00 P&P is free.
To R.O.I. addresses - £2.50 per item (maximum size package A4 padded envelope - for larger package requirements Little Miss Sparkle will contact customer before despatch). Items will be sent by the Royal Mail First Class service. Please note, all orders over £50.00 are P&P free.
To the rest of Europe - £3.50 per item (maximum size package A4 padded envelope - for larger package requirements Little Miss Sparkle will contact customer before despatch). Items will be sent by the Royal Mail First Class service.
To Australia - £6.00 per item (maximum size package A4 padded envelope - for larger package requirements Little Miss Sparkle will contact customer before despatch). Items will be sent by airmail.
To North America - £5.00 per item (maximum size package A4 padded envelope - for larger package requirements Little Miss Sparkle will contact customer before despatch). Items will be sent by airmail.
